According to a new document obtained by PEOPLE, the Chrisley Knows Best actors, who were originally scheduled to be sentenced on Oct. 6 after being found guilty of fraud charges, will now be sentenced on Nov. 21.
The paper also named the former accountant for the couple, Peter Tarantino, as a defendant and stated, “The Government does not object to this request.” The court grants this motion for the reasons that have been made clear.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, a federal jury convicted Todd, 53, and Julie, 49, guilty of conspiring to commit bank fraud, conspiring to defraud the United States, and conspiring to commit tax fraud in June. Also found guilty of wire fraud was Julie. (The two have refuted all of the allegations.)
